Sales Manager (M/F/D) – Rostock Area

Role Overview

As a sales manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that your stores are 100% focused on sales and customers. You will achieve this through regular store visits, where you make a difference through targeted communication, individual leadership, and regular coaching of your teams. You will ensure that your stores implement store concepts and routines, and keep them up to date. You will develop and train your store managers, among other things, in the areas of performance management and leadership, to ensure the best teams in your stores.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include regular store visits, making a difference through targeted communication, individual leadership, and regular coaching of your teams. You will also ensure that your stores implement store concepts and routines, and keep them up to date. Additionally, you will develop and train your store managers in performance management and leadership.
