We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the Client Services team at Kaimera, part of the Havas Media network, in Melbourne. The role involves managing client accounts, leading strategy and planning, and acting as a technical expert and coach for direct reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience
- History of managing a team of 2-3 direct reports
- Ability to create/clarify strategy within various ambiguous areas with no guidance
- Proven commercial acumen and ability to manage financial health of client accounts
- Strong client service skills and ability to anticipate client needs
- Accountability and ability to take ownership of client relationships
- Technical expertise in media process from start to finish
