Karo Healthcare is seeking a Global Revenue Growth Manager to drive real business impact by shaping pricing, promotions, and growth strategy across international markets. The role will involve leading pricing and promotion analytics, delivering actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen RGM capabilities and mindset.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management, ideally within FMCG, healthcare, or other fast-moving environments
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions
  • Experience with pricing strategy, promotion effectiveness, and market data analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with strong numerical reasoning skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships in an international setup
