Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in Colombia, consolidating relationships with decision-makers and contributing to Kashio’s profitable growth in the market.
What You Will Do
Prospecting and developing opportunities in various sectors, investigating and analyzing prospects, presenting commercial proposals, and leading negotiation and closure processes.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales in fintech, banking, SaaS, or payment methods
- Degree in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
- Knowledge of the Colombian financial ecosystem
- Mastery of consultative sales methodologies and advanced negotiation skills
- Advanced English
