Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to multiply the company’s prospecting engine. Your mission will be to ensure a constant and qualified flow of opportunities for the Business Development Managers (BDM) team in Peru.
What You Will Do
Identify and segment accounts according to the profile defined by the Commercial Management. Actively prospect new clients through cold calls, email outbound, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital tools.

Requirements
- Professional or technical degree in Commercial Engineering, Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial prospecting roles, consultative sales, or demand generation.
- Management of digital prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Top Perú Prime, etc.).
- Proven experience using CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Use of artificial intelligence tools for account research, message generation, and prospecting campaign optimization.
- Mastery of consultative sales techniques and lead qualification.
- Dominance of Excel, Office 365, and intermediate-advanced English.
