Role Overview

We are looking for a Semi-Senior Financial and Accounting Analyst to ensure the correct management of accounts, income and expense control, as well as the optimization of accounting and financial processes within the company.

What You Will Do

Prepare and present timely financial statements, register and analyze financial transactions, supervise compliance with tax and fiscal regulations, and evaluate and implement internal control policies and processes.

Requirements

  • Public Accountant or Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and preparation of financial statements
  • Solid knowledge of NIIF, NIC, and Colombian tax/tributary regulations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in using ERP systems and relevant financial tools
  • Intermediate English (reading documentation and regulations)
  • Analytical skills, results-oriented, and effective communication

Benefits

  • Initial 3-month trial contract, with possibility of extension based on performance
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
