Role Overview
As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing our dealer network, increasing replacement engine and parts sales, and maintaining communication between Kawasaki and its dealers across portions of AL, MS and FL. This role requires daily travel, with 65% overnight travel required. You will be part of the Engine Division of Kawasaki Motors Corp, headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include identifying and securing dealer prospects, coordinating dealer applications, and responding to new applications. You will also plan territory travel, wholesale Kawasaki products to dealers, and maintain effective communication between departments. Additionally, you will research competitors, maintain market intelligence, and prepare various reports.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of direct sales experience
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and organized
