Role Overview

Responsible for Business Development for Catalyst globally, managing customer relationships and business development activities to meet sales, market share, and profitability targets in the region. Work with catalyst developers to develop, position, and sell catalyst and develop supply chain for KBR catalyst including Catalyst related services.

What You Will Do

Implement key strategic activities, identify new business opportunities, establish data collection and analysis, evaluate requests for proposal, and maintain relationships with licensees, customers, and internal and external business associates.

Requires 5-10 years of experience in the ammonia, refining, or petrochemical industry, specifically in the catalyst business, with proven experience in catalyst sales and business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
  • 5-10 years of experience in the ammonia, refining, or petrochemical industry
  • 5-10 years of experience specifically in the catalyst business
  • Proven experience in catalyst sales and business development
  • Exposure to Ammonia, Refining, and Petrochemical sectors
  • Hands-on involvement in Account management, Technology interface, Catalyst services
