Data Engineer (Remote)(Exp in Banking)

Role Overview

Requirements

• More than 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or related roles
• Experience in designing and building Datawarehouse, Datamarts, Datalake, Lakehouse, Data Mesh, and Data Fabric
• Mastery in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, ElasticSearch, Neo4J)
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools like SSIS, Pentaho, SAP Data Services, Talend, Stratio, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or DataFlow
• Knowledge in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Management of Apache Spark (SQL and Python), Kafka, Flink, and desirable Scala or Java
• Knowledge in batch and streaming processing, event-oriented architectures, and DataOps/MLOps strategies
• Experience with version control, orchestration, and CI/CD processes
• Desirable knowledge of the financial banking sector
