Role Overview
The role is a senior individual contributor position responsible for building relationships with investment firms, explaining Kepler’s system, and shaping deals. The team works together in an office in New York, using AI tools heavily, and the pace is startup-fast but the bar is high.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities include owning how to get in the room with investment teams, teaching them about Kepler’s system, and shaping deals. You’ll also run first conversations, discovery with new firms, conferences, and events, and keep relationships and partnerships moving.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience at a hedge fund, private equity firm, or allocator, or in a seat that works with them every day. They should have built relationships that turned into business, know how investment teams work, and can run a first conversation with a PM, CTO, or head of data.
