Role Overview
The role is a hybrid of Salesforce administration and development, requiring a breadth of knowledge and experience. The successful candidate will work on designing, building, and running the Salesforce platform, gathering requirements, and delivering solutions using declarative development and best practice.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities include solution design and declarative development, platform engineering, and BAU and support. The role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, declarative development, and AI tools such as Claude.

Requirements
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years’ hands-on Salesforce experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform App Builder
- Inquisitive, analytical, and resourceful
- Self-driven with the ability to prioritise your own tasks across BAU and project work
- Able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and explain technical options in plain English
- An excellent verbal and written communicator
- Collaborative, supportive, and responsive
- Adept at performing technical and detail-oriented tasks
- Comfortable working without direct supervision
- A quick and proactive learner
- Solid experience delivering solutions with declarative tools such as Flow, Validation Rules, Formula Fields, Objects and Fields, Lightning Pages, Record Types, Permission Sets, Sharing, Approvals, Reports and Dashboards
