At Klaviyo, we are looking for a Director of Engineering – Growth & Engagement to lead a portfolio of product engineering teams that sit directly on the customer journey. The role will be responsible for leading three teams with distinct but connected charters, including K-Social, Growth, and Customer Hub, and partner closely with Product, Design, Data, GTM, and Support.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- Significant experience leading multiple product engineering teams in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Experience managing managers and senior engineers
- Experience with product-led growth (PLG) and experimentation practices
- Strong product sense and experience leading customer-facing application teams
- Frontend fluency and experience building highly interactive, personalized customer experiences
