As a Lead Sales Operations Analyst at Klaviyo, you’ll act as a Business Partner to EMEA Sales Leadership, connecting a growing sales team with processes and data. You’ll independently identify business insights, improve sales processes, and drive global initiatives within EMEA.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Sales Operations experience, including funnel analysis and forecasting in a B2B SaaS company
- Proven experience driving operational improvements within a B2B SaaS sales organization
- Advanced skills in Salesforce and Tableau (or other BI applications) and SQL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer focus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
