Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a dual-discipline growth role responsible for co-executing TMG’s full digital marketing operation across paid media, visual content creation, analytics infrastructure, and organic social media management. The role requires a proactive and intellectually sharp individual who can think critically and bring fresh ideas to every strategy session.

What You Will Do

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for collaborating on Google Ads strategy, monitoring account performance, executing agreed optimizations, and preparing structured performance reports. They will also own Meta Ads, building, launching, and continuously optimizing campaigns across all three TMG brands. Additionally, they will configure and maintain Google Tag Manager containers, own GA4 property configuration, and build and maintain structured performance dashboards.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads, above-basic working knowledge of Google Ads, and solid working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. They will be able to independently create marketing creatives using Canva and have experience handling multi-channel digital marketing. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail are also required.

Requirements

• 2-4 years hands-on experience in Meta Ads (B2C lead generation campaigns)
• Above-basic working knowledge of Google Ads (performance analysis and optimization support)
• Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking and reporting
• Ability to independently create marketing creatives using Canva (no reliance on a designer)
• Experience handling multi-channel digital marketing (paid ads + social + content execution)
• Strong ability to manage reporting cadence (daily, weekly, monthly) with structured outputs
