Role Overview
As a Sales Engineer at Kognitos, you will act as the technical expert in the sales process, partnering with our sales team to demonstrate the value of our AI automation platform to prospects and clients. You’ll leverage your technical knowledge, and automation technologies, to design and present tailored solutions that address complex business challenges and drive revenue.

Partner with sales to understand client requirements and design technical solutions. Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-value to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for client needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or in a pre-sales technical role, ideally in AI automation, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Strong technical background, with proficiency in Python and experience with APIs or automation platforms (Blue Prism, Mulesoft, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience managing multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
