Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst is a key strategic partner to the Finance area, responsible for providing financial analysis, forecasts, reports, and support for the regional organization’s decision-making.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain financial models, analyze business performance and key drivers, and provide support to budgeting processes and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Normally, 5 to 8 years or more of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, accounting, or a related area
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is valued
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting, such as SAP, Oracle, or comparable platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, commercial acumen, communication, and presentation skills
