Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and drive the personal loan sales team at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You Will Do
Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, develop and execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
