Requirements

  • Drive enhancement of the deposit pool
  • Establish and maintain high standards of customer service delivery
  • Achieve cross-sell targets for non-deposit products
  • Generate fee income through effective product penetration and customer engagement
  • Oversee branch administration and ensure regulatory and compliance norms
  • Manage productivity, performance, and morale of the branch team
  • Take full ownership of the branch’s break-even and P&L performance
