Role Overview
Lead and manage a team of personal loan sales executives, developing and executing sales strategies to drive personal loan business growth. Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations, and collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with the bank’s overall goals and objectives.
What You Will Do
Lead a team, develop sales strategies, train and mentor team members, build customer relationships, ensure compliance, and prepare sales reports.

Requirements
