Role Overview
The KPMG Global Services (KGS) Tax team is a diverse group spread across multiple cities in India, providing tax and compliance services to KPMG Firms globally. The role is designed to enable senior leadership focus on strategic priorities by ensuring dependable, high-quality operational delivery.
What You Will Do
Provide execution-focused support across multiple people-related initiatives, including Senior Manager Development Centres, training programmes, and recruitment coordination activities. Manage end-to-end logistics, coordinate with stakeholders, and produce high-quality outputs.

Requirements
- Support the delivery of people-related initiatives
- Draft clear and professional communications
- Manage end-to-end logistics
- Coordinate with central learning teams, student recruitment, Centres of Excellence (COEs), and other internal stakeholders
- Produce high-quality, accurate outputs
- Apply sound judgement on issue management
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, take ownership of tasks, and minimise repeat questions
- Maintain operational trackers, documentation, action logs, and project records
- Support meeting preparation, documentation, and post-meeting follow-ups
