Manager, Customer Data & Sales Analytics

Role Overview

This role will own the Kroger reporting and analytics ecosystem, developing scalable data tools, dynamic dashboards, and advanced visualization solutions. The Manager will partner with Analytics, Sales, Category, Finance, and technical teams to integrate complex data sources and deliver solutions that support informed business decisions.

What You Will Do

The Manager will develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, data tools, reporting standards, adoption, and continuous improvement. They will lead the analytics roadmap and intake process, translating ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and prioritized, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in data analytics/visualization and/or project management
• Experience with data manipulation and processing, including data validation and synthesis methodology
• Solid understanding of Power BI tools and recent work done on synthesizing data
• Ability to read and write SQL queries
• Foundational experience with Snowflake (or other SQL based tools)
• Understanding of industry data metrics related to sales, inventory, shopper/panel, and point of sale data

• New Hire Base Salary Range: $77,800.00 – $97,300.00
