Role Overview

Own growth for margin trading on Kraken Pro, build and execute strategy to acquire high-net-worth individual traders, and partner with the VIP team to shape how high-value traders are sourced, onboarded, and activated.

What You Will Do

Define positioning, messaging, and offers for margin trading, set growth targets, and own the funnel from lead to funded account to active margin trader.

• Proven track record of acquiring high-net-worth traders or players in crypto, trading, or gaming and gambling
• Experience winning customers away from competitors and converting them into long-term, high-value users
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority and drive measurable outcomes
• Strong grasp of leveraged and margin trading, and of how high-volume traders make decisions
• Data-driven approach: owns funnel metrics, revenue impact, and ROI on acquisition spend
• High agency and scrappiness: takes full ownership, moves fast, and delivers without waiting for ideal conditions
• Clear communicator who builds alignment across marketing, VIP, product, and leadership
