Role Overview
We are looking for a Regional AV Sales Manager to drive business growth across France. This is a quota-carrying, field-based sales role with responsibility for growing revenue, expanding market share, and strengthening Kramer’s presence in the French market.
What You Will Do
Drive sales growth and market expansion across France, identify and win new business opportunities, grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling activities, and build and maintain a healthy pipeline to achieve sales targets.

Requirements
- Knowledge of professional AV technologies and solutions
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets
- Experience managing a territory and developing customer relationships
- Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in French and good verbal English
