Role Overview
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager for the on-trade channel to oversee and develop the Krombacher beer business in the assigned area. The candidate will report direct to the Italian Country Director and be responsible for building and expanding strong partnerships with distributors and key accounts.
What You Will Do
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for account management, business development, territory management, sales strategy & execution, and brand activation.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in industrial beer or beverage company in the on-trade channel
- Excellent knowledge of Rome’s beverage and beer market and consumption points
- University degree
- Advanced MS Office application skills
- Native Italian with good English (speaking and writing), German is nice to have
- Strong analytical skills
- Experienced usage of relevant sources and tools
- Excellent negotiation skills
