Role Overview
The Capital Projects Business Development Manager is responsible for leading Business Development activities in the Capital Projects space jointly with the team. This position is critical to assess customer market, define project pipelines and manage bids. It is a customer-facing function that builds strong relationships with customers based on reliability, innovation, expertise, and trust.
What You Will Do
Generate and maintain a project pipeline, execute strategy, identify opportunities, coordinate global tenders and bids, monitor pipeline and success ratio, and provide regular progress updates.
