AI Operations Manager

Role Overview

As the AI & Operations Manager, you’ll own turning business challenges into AI agents and automated workflows that change how Legend works—reducing manual work, freeing up teams and delivering measurable productivity gains.

What You Will Do

You’ll make AI practical and reliable, giving teams the tools to achieve more without needing to become AI experts themselves. You’ll turn business problems into AI solutions, design and build AI agents, own implementation end-to-end, build automated workflows, prototype and iterate quickly, operationalise what you build, and own agents in production.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building AI tools or introducing automation tools – ideally into operational teams
• Strong change management experience
• Demonstrable experience in taking a business concept and turning it into a tangible solution that improves productivity
