Senior Manager, Solutions Marketing – Specialty Testing

Role Overview

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Marketing to join our Specialty Testing team. The Senior Manager will develop marketing strategy for the assigned diagnostics portfolio, create differentiated positioning, value propositions, thought leadership, and sales enablement strategies. The role will also analyze scientific trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to refine portfolio strategy, messaging, and content.

What You Will Do

The Senior Manager will oversee portfolio-level content and campaign development, partner with Customer Marketing for audience customization and external activation, and present portfolio performance, insights, risks, and recommendations to franchise and commercial leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 or more years experience or a Masters Degree with 3 or more years experience in product management or portfolio marketing strategy
• 3 or more years experience in diagnostics or healthcare sectors
• 3 or more years experience in Sales enablement, commercial excellence experience
• Experience applying AI to accelerate portfolio marketing workflows
• Comfort configuring, prompting, and maintaining purpose-built AI agents or assistants for recurring portfolio marketing workflows
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-synthesized scientific, competitive, customer, and portfolio intelligence to strengthen positioning, differentiation, and go-to-market recommendations
