Role Overview
As an Account Executive at Ladle, you will drive new business by identifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within our target markets. You will leverage a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs, demonstrate value, and guide prospects through the sales process from initial engagement to close.
What You Will Do
Identify and qualify prospective customers, conduct discovery conversations, manage the full sales cycle, deliver product demonstrations, maintain accurate records, collaborate with teams, and stay informed on industry trends.

Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience as a Software Sales Account Executive
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of B2B sales fundamentals and a consultative selling approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and common sales enablement platforms
