Role Overview
The Account Manager for IDEAL will serve as the sole dedicated point person responsible for managing and growing relationships with partner banks in the home loan sector. This role covers all aspects of bank partnership management, including pitching, negotiations, operational coordination, performance monitoring, and identifying opportunities to deepen collaboration.
What You Will Do
Manage end-to-end relationships with partner banks to support IDEAL’s mortgage aggregator operations. Identify opportunities to expand collaboration, increase loan conversions, and deepen product adoption among partner banks.

Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in a B2B sales or partnership role
- Experience in home loans at major Philippine banks is preferred
- Proven track record in managing corporate, institutional, or banking relationships with strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of home loan products, banking workflows, credit evaluation, and mortgage market dynamics in the Philippines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
