Marketing Manager – Cattle Animal Nutrition

The Marketing Manager – Cattle Animal Nutrition position is seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead strategic growth initiatives for the Cattle feed portfolio. This role owns the P&L and marketing strategy, including budget planning, product assortment and innovation, channel placement/strategy, pricing, and promotions.

Requirements

• 5+ years marketing experience, including P&L ownership
• MBA preferred; 4-year degree required
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills
• Experience in developing and managing business cases
• Strategic thinking, creativity, effective analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver results in a positive manner
• Self-motivated and able to own projects and to execute with focus and accountability
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
