Role Overview
This position is a high-impact role, working closely with the Branch Manager, Production Manager, and production teams to create and maintain meaningful client relationships.
What You Will Do
Manage existing relationships, develop new business opportunities, and identify networking opportunities within the industry. Drive customer satisfaction and retention, provide excellent service and communication, and promote high standards for customer service, safety, and LandCare’s culture.

Requirements
- High school degree
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
