Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst – Quant is an integral part of Latham’s Global Finance team, responsible for providing financial modeling on transactional deals for the Corporate Department’s leading practice groups.
What You Will Do
Producing and refining client-ready financial models, advising the internal deal team and clients, and participating in learning education classes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in economics, finance, accounting, business administration, management, or related field
- Financial/investment industry qualification (CFA), preferably
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, consulting, or M&A, preferably in a professional services organization
- Minimum of five (5) years of cumulative experience
- Experience working on transactional engagements in a time-sensitive and fast-paced environment, preferably
