GTM Data Governance Manager (MDM)

Role Overview

The GTM Data Governance Manager (MDM) will set the rules for accurate and consistent customer data across Salesforce, billing, and finance systems, and ensure data quality for reliable reporting and AI workflows.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include owning the MDM roadmap, defining golden record rules, setting data governance standards, designing data quality rules, and providing trusted data products for analytics and AI use cases.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in data management, data governance, data engineering, or analytics, including 2+ years leading MDM or data quality programs, and experience with Salesforce data models and CRM data quality at scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data management, data governance, data engineering, or analytics
• 2+ years leading MDM or data quality programs
• Experience with Salesforce data models and CRM data quality at scale
• Experience building and operating a data governance framework
• Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
