Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Account Executive to help expand our presence in local communities and build strong relationships with prospective clients and referral partners.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients and referral partners, conduct outreach within local communities and business networks, meet with clients to discuss mortgage financing options, and generate new business opportunities and referrals.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English required
  • Bengali language skills strongly preferred
  • Resident of Queens or Brooklyn, NY
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
