AI Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The AI Enablement Manager will own a significant slice of work in making sure every team at Legora can build, use, and govern AI well. This is a high-ownership generalist seat for someone energized by ambiguity who would rather figure it out and ship than wait for a perfect brief.

What You Will Do

The role involves building, enabling, and governing AI across the organization. This includes coordinating agent and internal tool builds, running training and workshops, building an AI champions program, and drafting guidelines and access policies.

Requirements

• engineering degree (or equivalent)
• enough coding exposure to hold your own with engineers
• a few years in a fast-moving environment
