Role Overview

Legora is a high-growth global B2B SaaS company that is redefining how legal work gets done. The Lead Global People Partner, Growth will own the global people agenda for Growth, partnering with the CRO and their leadership team on org design, workforce planning, headcount decisions, and team structure as the business expands into new markets.

What You Will Do

The Lead Global People Partner, Growth will be a trusted advisor to the CRO and their leadership team, helping shape the organisation as it scales while driving strong performance, accountability, and organisational effectiveness. This includes owning the global people agenda for Growth, working closely with regional People Partners, building a deep understanding of the business, and setting and maintaining a high performance bar.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a senior People Partner role
• Strong commercial judgement and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders
• Experience partnering with teams across multiple markets
• Experience coaching and developing other People Partners
• Deep experience across the full people agenda
• Solid working knowledge of US employment law
• Multi-jurisdictional experience across the US and EMEA is a strong advantage
