Role Overview
You’ll be the R&D arm of our Revenue Operations function, building infrastructure for enrichment pipelines, AI-augmented workflows, and intent-signal automations. You’ll work alongside our Head of RevOps and the broader GTM leadership team to identify where systems can replace ad-hoc work.
What You Will Do
You’ll own enrichment & data infrastructure, signal-to-action workflows, CRM architecture, and AI-augmented GTM. You’ll build systems that detect buying signals, route them to the right rep with the right context, and maintain the catalogue of workflows.

Requirements
- 3+ years building GTM or RevOps infrastructure at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Knowledge in SQL and at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node, or equivalent
- Demonstrable depth in Salesforce or HubSpot – custom objects, flows, validation rules, deduplication, sharing models
- Hands-on experience with at least one of Clay, n8n, Make, Workato, or Zapier in a production setting
- Working knowledge of a modern data warehouse and reverse ETL tools
