Senior Manager, GTM Talent Acquisition – North America

Role Overview

Lead GTM recruiting across North America, managing a team of 10+ people. Develop and execute hiring strategies for sales, engagement, legal engineering, and marketing. Collaborate with senior leaders to build the GTM organization and drive workforce planning, org design, and hiring strategy.

What You Will Do

Lead a team of Talent Partners, develop and execute hiring plans, manage pipeline health, interview process, and team capacity. Build relationships with North American leaders in sales, engagement, legal engineering, and marketing.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has several years of experience managing recruiting teams, has led or closely overseen hiring for GTM functions, and has experience recruiting lawyers or legal professionals. They should have a mix of agency and in-house experience, and be able to hold credible conversations with senior leaders about what strong looks like at each level.

Requirements

• Several years managing recruiting teams of real size
• Time inside best-in-class GTM hiring functions, at high-growth, VC-backed or top-tier companies
• Breadth across GTM hiring, including sales, customer success, engagement, marketing, or specialist or technical roles
• Experience recruiting lawyers or legal professionals is a strong plus
• A mix of agency and in-house experience preferred
• Experience leading teams across multiple sites
• An operator’s approach to running searches, including tracking the right things and using pipeline data to make decisions
