Role Overview
As the Senior Growth Manager for the France-Morocco corridor, you’ll drive LemFi’s expansion within the Moroccan diaspora in one of our most critical markets. You will direct influencer negotiations, manage external agencies and key community leaders, and execute grassroots field marketing.
What You Will Do
Travel across France (and potentially other key European markets) 3 to 5 days every few weeks, establishing an on-the-ground presence in key cities. Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies tailored for the Moroccan diaspora communities in France and Europe.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in fast-paced environments with a background in growth, sales, marketing or similar.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial and tenacious.
- Self-motivated and effective working independently and in remote environments.
