Role Overview

This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of a >$1B Australian business, responsible for shaping how we leverage data, analytics, and AI to drive commercial performance and customer experience.

What You Will Do

The role will have delegated ownership for selected commercial operations metrics and execution priorities, and will involve delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics and storytelling, owning end-to-end analysis from data extraction to executive recommendations, and leading the tender pursuit team in delivering high-quality, customer-focused proposals and tender responses.

Requirements

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• ICT industry experience preferred
• Experience with AI-driven analytics is a plus
• Strong hands-on data analytics capability
• Advanced PowerBI experience or similar data analytics experience
• Experience with D365 or similar platforms
• Ability to translate data into business insights
• Strong understanding of sales operations
