Marketing Operations & Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview

Support the Marketing team in Melbourne, FL, with full lifecycle management of CAPEX equipment, logistics coordination for tradeshows and demonstrations, and tracking of customer bailments.

What You Will Do

Maintain CAPEX inventory, manage tradeshow logistics, track bailments, source and process procurement requests, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, material handling, purchasing, or a related logistics and supply chain support role
• Demonstrated experience tracking, verifying, and maintaining accurate records of inventory, equipment, or assets
• Experience working with vendors and suppliers, including requesting quotes and coordinating deliveries
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Excellent PC-based computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
