Lead Data Scientist

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-driven strategies, conduct experiments on large datasets, and lead a team of data scientists and analysts.

What You Will Do

Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, design and implement advanced data analysis, and develop scalable and efficient data-driven solutions and products.

Strong expertise in statistical modeling, LLM, RAG, machine learning, and predictive analytics, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills are required.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proven experience (8+ years) as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Strong expertise in statistical modeling, LLM, RAG, machine learning, and predictive analytics
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
