LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Partner Success Manager to manage day-to-day relationships with existing partners across EuroWest, identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and provide product support and training to partner contacts. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or partner management, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience working with CRM systems.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or partner management
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client/partner relationships
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Collaborative team player with a solution-focused mindset
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
