What You Will Do

Recruit, select, train, and inspire a team of New Home Sales Consultants to meet and exceed annual sales goals. Provide ongoing development and training, set monthly goals, and lead weekly group training sessions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of high sales performance
  • Experience in training, managing, and motivating a team
  • Exceptional communication skills, both face-to-face and via telephone
  • Valid driver’s license
