Role Overview
Lead a team responsible for analyzing direct sales channels, forecasting, and performance reporting. Develop analytical talent and help teams increase their influence and impact. Guide others through ambiguous business questions and support thoughtful analysis.
What You Will Do
Lead planning and forecasting for new business, oversee monthly reporting, and guide deeper analysis into meaningful performance changes. Partner with Finance, data/reporting, and analytics teams to ensure consistent reporting and continued improvement of reporting and analytical processes.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or other quantitative field
- Minimum 8, typically 10, years’ experience
- Expert knowledge of data sources, tools, and business drivers
- Knowledge of statistical techniques
- Industry knowledge critical
