Role Overview
The Customer Success Manager will be part of the Product and Implementation team, responsible for implementing partnerships with educational institutions, developing key skills for the company’s growth, and ensuring large-scale success. The role requires a fine knowledge of the terrain, setting up, training, following up, and retaining a portfolio of educational institutions on the company’s 3 product offers.
What You Will Do
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for implementing the partnership established with a local authority, following metrics to pilot large-scale deployment, and identifying areas of opportunity or risk. They will also be involved in marketing and product strategy, developing a real understanding and product recall.
