Lead the entire lead generation strategy in partnership with the CRO and CEO, ensuring alignment with commercial growth objectives and operational deployment across all acquisition channels. Take charge of the RevOps and marketing automation stack, managing partner agencies and industrializing the inbound funnel.

Define and drive the lead generation strategy, industrialize the RevOps and marketing automation stack, manage partner agencies, and industrialize the inbound funnel from start to finish.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations, RevOps, growth marketing, or as an entrepreneur who has handled these topics autonomously in a rapid growth context
- Solid experience with a modern marketing automation stack and no-code automation tools
- Demonstrated interest in AI-first approaches and the use of LLMs in production
- Proven experience in managing external agencies, particularly on the content, website, and event aspects
- Strong interest in project coordination
- Comfortable with data: dashboards, scoring, attribution models, funnel analysis
- Self-starter, autonomous, intrapreneur profile
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
