Role Overview
Manage a human-sized team of 6 salespeople, increasing sales through training and accompaniment. Pilot team activity, develop commercial strategy, and report to management.
What You Will Do
Work on large accounts, train salespeople in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC method, map prospect organization, accompany salespeople in closing meetings, and follow team activity.

Requirements
- Graduate degree in engineering or business with commerce or management specialization (Bac+5 level)
- 5+ years of experience as a team manager in a B2B environment (Real Estate, Proptech ideally)
- Comfort with structured sales methods (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC)
