Associate, Incentive Compensation Inquiry & Data Operations

The Associate, Incentive Compensation Inquiry & Data Operations will manage inquiries, solve complex data challenges, maintain data stewardship standards, and deliver ad-hoc analytics to support field and leadership decisions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree & 1 – 3 years of experience in Incentive Compensation
• 1 – 3 years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Commercial Operations, or Sales Analytics
• Proven expertise in incentive compensation processes, including plan administration, data validation, payout calculation, and inquiry management
