Role Overview

The Director, SP/ASOC Data Partnerships Lead will establish and lead a centralized COE that brings clear ownership, structure, and operational discipline to contracting, vendor oversight, onboarding, issue coordination, and high-quality data delivery across this expanding data ecosystem.

What You Will Do

This role will lead the SP/ASOC Data Center of Excellence across multiple specialty pharmacies, alternative sites of care, several brands, and launch activities. The role will create consistent ways of working across contracting execution, vendor management, data onboarding, reporting, analytics, issue resolution, restatements, up-dates, and communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in data partnerships, data operations, market access, channel strategy, specialty pharmacy, patient services, healthcare data management, or related roles
  • Expert understanding of Specialty Pharmacy and Alternative Sites of Care (SP/ASOC) data partnerships, vendor oversight, contracting execution, data onboarding, standards alignment, and operational data delivery best practices
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data privacy and security
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives, partner timelines, launch dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables from planning through execution
  • Ability to influence and drive change in a complex organizational environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, manage data quality risks, resolve partner issues, and ensure the integrity, security, quality, and usability of SP/ASOC data
